RivDrop — Terms of Service

The service

RivDrop tracks public Shopify store catalog signals only. We do not claim sales data, revenue estimates, or private store information.

Subscriptions processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Contact RivDrop support within 14 days of purchase if you have not actively used the service. Refunds are handled case by case.

Paid subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled from the Billing page through the Stripe customer portal.

Use RivDrop only to track publicly accessible Shopify stores. Do not attempt to access private, restricted, or non-public store data.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
