What we collect

  • Email address for your account
  • Payment info processed by Stripe (we never see your card number)
  • Shopify store URLs you add to track
  • Basic usage data to improve the service

What we do NOT collect

  • Private store data, orders, or customer info
  • Any data beyond public Shopify catalog signals
  • Passwords (handled securely by Supabase Auth)

Data storage

  • Account data stored via Supabase (EU region)
  • Payments handled by Stripe

Your rights

  • Self-service account deletion is not available yet
  • Contact RivDrop support to request account or data deletion
